What does this tool do?
Normalize an HTTP/HTTPS URL, remove only its fragment and generate an escaped canonical link tag locally. Inputs: Page URL. Outputs: Normalized canonical URL, Canonical link tag.
How to use it?
Enter page url, then choose “Generate”. Copy copies the displayed result or the labeled example/decoded value. Clear removes inputs and results and restores initial options.
Processing is local. Entered URLs are data: they are not visited, uploaded, logged or placed in the route. Generated markup is inert text. Reference lookups use bundled data, and previews are illustrative rather than guaranteed platform output.
Query parameters are preserved, not classified as tracking. Native URL normalization applies; URLs containing credentials are rejected.
