What does this tool do?
Check supported SQL syntax and view its validity, syntax error and error location locally. Inputs: SQL text, SQL dialect. Outputs: Valid/Invalid status, Syntax error message, Error location.
How to use it
Enter SQL and select the dialect to validate. Choose “Validate”. Clear removes all inputs and results and restores initial options.
All processing is local and never executes SQL or connects to a database. Dialect-aware tools support documented subsets of PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite and SQL Server. INSERT extraction accepts explicit-column literal VALUES only, not arbitrary queries. Connection tools support PostgreSQL/MySQL URIs and SQL Server ADO.NET strings without testing credentials. Prefer parameterized queries or prepared statements when executing SQL in an application.
