What does this tool do?
Normalize an offset-bearing ISO 8601 date/time and view its UTC and browser-local equivalents. Inputs: ISO 8601 date/time. Outputs: Normalized ISO 8601, UTC date/time, Local date/time.
How to use it?
Enter an ISO 8601 date/time with an explicit UTC offset. Choose “Normalize ISO 8601”, then copy individual result values. Clear removes all inputs and results and restores option defaults.
