What does this tool do?

Find the next cron occurrence after an explicit reference instant in a required IANA timezone and show the elapsed time until it. Inputs: Cron expression, Reference date/time, Timezone. Outputs: Next run date/time, Time until next run.

How to use it?

Enter the expression, the reference instant with its UTC offset and the schedule’s IANA timezone. The picker edits UTC; manual ISO values with an explicit offset are allowed. No reference time or timezone is filled automatically. Click “Current date and time” to fill only the reference with a fresh device-clock snapshot in UTC; it does not refresh automatically. Choose “Calculate next run”, then copy individual result values. Clear restores the initial field defaults and removes results and messages.

Supported syntax: five-field Unix cron or the explicitly entered six-field seconds-first extension. Not a Quartz, Jenkins, AWS EventBridge or Kubernetes configuration converter. Parsing and calculation never execute jobs. Human descriptions use only the listed deterministic phrases. Next Run is bounded to eight years within 1970–2099 and uses the browser’s IANA data, skipping missing wall times and considering both repeated instants.
