What does this tool do?
Detect a leading Unicode U+FEFF byte-order-mark character in decoded text without guessing its original encoding. Inputs: Text. Outputs: BOM detected status, BOM type.
How to use it?
Enter decoded text to inspect its leading character. Choose “Detect BOM”, then copy individual result values if needed. Clear removes the inputs and results and restores all option defaults.
